In this context, various theories were presented about the future of international security. Such a condition has allowed us to pose an important question: Does globalization increase or decrease the probability of war among states? In this paper, we consider the relationship between the two variables of the ‘liberal economy’ and ‘the issue of war and peace’ in the international arena, from the perspective of the three important schools of international relations. From a liberal point of view, a liberal economy can preclude war and guarantee the sustainability of peace. Hence, in the era of globalization, the war will likely be reduced, but realists not only don’t consider the liberal economy as a barrier to war, but believe that it acts as a war drive. Marxists have also considered liberal economics inherently susceptible to war. In their view, despite the capitalist system, the peace and security of the world is always threatened. The present paper does not approve or reject these schools of thought; rather, it is a comparative analysis of their approaches towards the relation between liberal economy and the international security.}, keywords = {Liberal economy,international relations,Liberalism,realism,Marxism,cooperation,War,Peace,International security}, title_fa = {اقتصاد لیبرال و مسئلة جنگ و صلح در روابط بین‌الملل}, abstract_fa = {‌دهه‌های آغازین سدة بیستم با جنگ و کشتارهای گسترده‌ای همراه بود اما، از دهة پایانی این سده، با اشاعة گفتمان جهانی‌شدن، فضای امنیت بین‌الملل تعدیل شده است. در این شرایط، تحلیل‌ها و نظریه‌های مختلفی درمورد آیندة امنیت بین‌الملل ارائه شد. این مقاله در نظر دارد به ارتباط دو متغیر «اقتصاد لیبرال» و «مسئلة جنگ و صلح» در عرصة بین‌الملل، از منظر سه مکتب مهم روابط بین‌الملل، بپردازد. از دیدگاه لیبرالیسم، اقتصاد لیبرال می‌تواند مانع بروز جنگ شود و پایداری صلح را تضمین کند. ازاین‌رو، در عصر جهانی‌شدن، احتمالاً جنگ به‌شدت کاهش خواهد یافت. اما رئالیست‌ها نه‌تنها اقتصاد لیبرال را مانعی در برابر جنگ نمی‌دانند بلکه آن را محرک جنگ تلقی می‌کنند. مارکسیست‌ها نیز اقتصاد لیبرال را ذاتاً مستعد جنگ‌افروزی دانسته‌اند. به‌نظر آن‌ها، با وجود نظام سرمایه‌داری، صلح و امنیت جهان همواره در معرض تهدید است. این مقاله درپی آزمون صدق و کذب دیدگاه‌های مکتب یا نظریة خاصی نیست، بلکه به بررسی تطبیقی رویکرد سه مکتب مذکور درمورد رابطة اقتصاد لیبرال و امنیت بین‌الملل تأکید دارد.}, keywords_fa = {اقتصاد لیبرال,روابط بین‌الملل,لیبرالیسم,رئالیسم,مارکسیسم,همکاری,جنگ,صلح,امنیت بین‌الملل}, url = {https://economics.ihcs.ac.ir/article_2428.html}, eprint = {https://economics.ihcs.ac.ir/article_2428_da77f8f6be5fa196cc1b34ec2771dbcd.pdf} }
